The Omani Endowment Foundation is a public institution established by Royal Decree No. 28/2024, with legal personality and financial and administrative independence. The Foundation operates under the supervision of the Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, mandated to manage and invest endowment assets in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
